My mother, who first had breast cancer in 1989, a recurrence in 2004 and a second recurrence in 2006, was given two months to live by her oncologist on February 22, 2007. He suggested we send her to a hospital to live out her last few months especially because she was never hungry and lost about 30 pounds in a few months and only weighed 84 pounds. A friend of mine had suggested the Meridian Group practice because his girlfriend’s immune system had been boosted with the help of Dr. Chang. My parents and I met with Dr. Yee on March 5, 2007. She listened to our concerns and made us an integral part in the decision-making. She put her on several supplements — such as mushrooms, Indinol Carbinol. Within less than a week, we began to see an improvement. Dr. Yee also is very knowledgeable about different types of hormone therapy and supplements to combat breast cancer not only in the United States but abroad. My mother followed the supplement regiment solely for about three weeks and then added a hormone pill (a hormone pill helped my mother recover in 2004) on April 1st. On April 16th, at Dr. Yee’s suggestion my mother returned to the oncologist who gave her 2 months to live and he was pleasantly surprised and asked her to come back in 2 months. He also tested her blood for tumor markers and found that her tumor markers had gone way down. We were pleased beyond words. She began eating shortly after starting on the supplements and to this day, she is constantly hungry and eating. My mother gained 11 pounds in 5 weeks. My mother is continuing taking the hormone pill as well as these life-saving supplements. I count my blessing everyday that I came to Dr. Yee. I would love to help other people and would recommend Dr. Yee highly. As I told Dr. Yee, I am singing her praises throughout the land. [Originally poster Apr 2007]

My husband went to see Dr. Yee when he was diagnosed with stage IV esophageal cancer. He had chemo, surgery, post chemo and one year after his surgery the cancer returned in his chest area. Dr. Yee put my husband on alternative medicines along with chemo. Today my husband is in remission. His oncologist was totally amazed at my husband’s progress. He keeps saying that what happened to him was not normal. His oncologist has referred several of his patients to Dr. Yee as have we. Thank you Dr. Yee for giving my husband a second chance at survival. We truly believe that the combination of medicines have worked miracles. [originally posted Mar 2007]
